Thomas Chung Receives “40 Under 40” Award
We’re excited to share that our Co-Founder & Growth Director Thomas Chung, has been named to Silicon Valley Business Journal’s “40 under 40” list. The annual recognition honors rising stars under the age of 40 impacting their industries and their communities.
Thomas is invaluable at Verdigris to say the least. He leads a cross functional team of 22 sales, marketing, and customer success professionals. Under his leadership, Verdigris has built an impressive customer base that includes leading companies such as T-Mobile, Verizon, ABB, and Nvidia.
Prior to co-founding Verdigris, Thomas already achieved a successful career. He served as COO at Playforge and oversaw strategic direction, studio operations and product management. During his tenure, Playforge was a top grossing App store developer with over 45M downloads and over 3B game sessions served.
But Thomas wasn’t just selected for the “40 under 40” list for his professional achievements. He is an engaged member in the parent community at SLS Preschool in San Francisco and is actively involved with the school’s community service efforts. Some of those efforts include donation programs for Hamilton Families, San Francisco’s leading service provider to families experiencing homelessness, and Homeless Prenatal Program, whose mission is to break the cycle of childhood poverty.
Most importantly, Thomas avidly thinks of a better future for his two young daughters and wife.
