The Verdigris team is focused on a specific problem: electrical intelligence purpose-built for data centers and the validation needs of GPU-density operations. For commercial real estate and industrial buildings, we work with our partner EnergyHUB 360. Verdigris served customers in commercial real estate and manufacturing for years before narrowing to data centers, and the underlying problem in C&I is concrete: NOI for commercial operators is gated on energy, the largest controllable operating expense at 30% of OPEX. Production downtime from unexpected equipment failure costs industrial operators thousands of dollars per hour. We worked on those problems at JLL Block 300, ARM Holdings, Jabil (50% energy savings), Katerra, Vention Medical, and other commercial and industrial sites. Automating HVAC optimization, identifying anomalies in building systems, finding efficiency wins, allocating energy costs to the right production lines, and catching equipment degradation before it caused a line stop.
